1. Services Offered

Goldenhouse Garage provides mechanical repairs, vehicle servicing, roadworthy inspections, and related services for a range of vehicles including cars, utes, trucks, trailers, and caravans.

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on parts, vehicle type, and mechanic availability.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or email.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee, especially where parts or time have been allocated.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, and other agreed payment methods.

  • All invoices must be settled before vehicle handover unless prior arrangements are made.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We stand by the quality of our workmanship and offer a warranty on repairs and parts as per the manufacturer's guidelines.

  • Warranty claims do not cover misuse, neglect, or work done by other service providers after our repair.

5. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Vehicles must be dropped off and collected at the agreed time and location.

  • We are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss occurring while the vehicle is in your possession outside of agreed service times.

6. Liability

Goldenhouse Garage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, unless required by law.

7. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Australian privacy law.

8. Changes to Terms

Goldenhouse Garage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
